Do not view your ex with bitterness, for that will infect you and make your heart ache more over the loss.

They will also be suffering through the loss. If they have actually moved on, then you must take that experience to assist in moving forward in life.

The best ways to overcome someone you love has to do with rerouting your love and passion into progressing.

You have simply gone through a huge break up and you are asking yourself how to get over someone you’ve spent much time with and opened your heart to.

Figuring out how to move on from the loneliness after divorce does not have to be a difficult task.

It includes taking the enthusiasm and passion that you still have, and rerouting it into other aspects of your life.

You deserve joy and happiness and lingering on the pain is not how to heal and certainly not what to do after a break up.

Now let’s look at regaining emotional well-being

Let’s keep strengthening the idea that how to get over someone you’ve shared part of your life with is about rerouting your love and passion into moving forward in life.

Women and men have messaged me asking why they are having a difficult time finding their own place of well-being or optimum positive mental health with inner peace after a break up.

In getting over a break-up I’m always looking for the difficult truths.

Specifically, my curiosity has always been around total wellness.

I mean not just physical health, or financial wealth, balanced weight, and not simply a healthy mind, but all of them put together.

The genuine questions have always been how do we create total wellness for ourselves and how do we extend our inner peace and happiness to others?

My standard is that complete well-being starts with building right-minded optimistic feelings, and allowing for wrong-minded negative emotions to fade away.

Sometimes lack of total wellness stems from an accumulation of lots of habitual unfavorable emotions that sustain more negative emotions, especially when getting over a break up.

I try to find proof of my theory everywhere.

Sometimes I think back to when my daughters were growing up when their mother and I divorced, and other times in myself, and often I even find it in total strangers.

Maintaining Positive Mental Health

Today I discover it in my writing:

One article towards the subject of, ‘Is it time for a divorce now or rather for fixing a broken a relationship?’, the science of wellness and healing.

  • The supreme objective of right-mindedness according to the Course in Miracles is healing and optimistic personal psychology.
  • It means allowing ego-based wrong-minded thoughts based on doubt, fear and judgement to fade away.
  • This ‘fading away’ allows for the light of Spirit to lead the way and constructing favorable emotion well-being.

Another article, proves how to attract success with fun by uncovering your magnetic personality.

  • This material explains the form and function of a subset of positive emotions, consisting of delight, contentment, interest and love being extended.
  • To put it simply, positive emotions spark more favorable emotions and onto things like healing after a break up.

Many of my previous discussions support my theory that over-all emotional well-being can be learned, which we’re all capable of living when we grasp the notion of our real magnitude.

The Course in Miracles states, “Be not content with littleness. But be sure you understand what littleness is, and why you could never be content with it.”

The truth is that working to a state of total healing and well-being is a process–one that is endless while we’re in this world.

It’s because life throws us new difficulties every day and we need to find brand-new ways to restore our balance, especially when getting over a break up.

As soon as you realize that healing, inner wealth, and richness and love can exist for you if just you know the trick, you are soon out of the woods when experiencing setbacks like getting over a break up.

Knowledge is effective.

This understanding, in my opinion, is effective and valuable.

Keep in mind as you heal and live life after a divorce or other type of break up, does get better.

Wellness starts with developing favorable feelings where unfavorable feelings begin fading away, and a more powerful you begins taking control.

In other words, right-minded, positive healing oriented thinking, triggers more favorable feelings that ushers out the wrong-minded ones.
