How to deal with fear gets to the very best people, whether it is fear of failure, fear of success or even worry of fear.

The Course in Miracles states, “Faith is the opposite of fear, as much a part of love as fear is of attack.”

All of us have been up against how to control fear and anxiety at one time or another, and conquering anxiety can be a genuine stumbling block that holds us back from being genuinely successful.

So as you move along do not stress, berate, or judge yourself, there is a way for how to deal with fear and to dominate these worries, and what much better time to begin than right NOW today?

  • 1.) SEE REALITY AS SEPARATE FROM PERCEPTION

See the reality of the situation for what it is. Be logical and get clear on the facts.

Soul search and explore your perception of the scenario at hand. Be open to newer ways of seeing the world, perhaps miracles being possible, not magic.

  • 2.) BE AWARE OF THE TRIGGER WITHOUT JUDGEMENT

Isolate the specific elements of the situation that activate your fearful ideas. What’s the worst that could take place?

Change the way you take a look at these triggers and you will immediately alter the method as to how you react.

  • 3.) HAVE A SENSE FOR WHERE FEAR LIVES IN YOUR BODY

Be in tune with where your fear resides in your body. Use it as a sign to inform you when something has to be attended to.

Let your willingness and readiness for learning how to control fear and anxiety act on undoing it.

  • 4.) USE INNER VISION AND BECOME THE OBSERVER

You do it from a separated place when you observe something. So if you become an observer of your fear, then you’re not in it and reacting instinctively. Be graceful.

Perception is an extremely effective thing. And how you feel about your scenario determines how you respond.

Due to the fact that fear occurs in the psychological part of the brain, or we may say, the ego, it’s natural to act instinctively.

This will provide you time to relax and allow your reasonable right-minded spiritual side to undo all that ego-based tension.

  • 10.) ASSURE IT TO BE SAFE

When you feel safe, there is no requirement for worry.
