Spiritual Consciousness Freedom: Awaken to the Individual you Want to Be

The term spiritual consciousness is a wide principle with area for lots of point of views.

Generally, finding spirituality in spiritual consciousness consists of a feeling of linking to that Something larger compared to ourselves, and it generally includes a look for significance in life.

In our transition to spiritual consciousness freedom and spiritual needs, we need to develop an understanding that our Source, or God, is within us and does not reside in a location “out there.”

I will tell you from my own research that the world’s most successful who ever have once walked this earth, and of today, have learned a way to success by going inward, and reflecting their inner abundance to their outer world.

Yes, a way to success for many!

The perception seems to be of “God up in Heaven” or “Let God hear you cry out to Him,” as though He is somewhere outside to reach for.

The world has done a great job of programming this belief or perception, which comes from the concrete thinking of the “hard-headed” ego.

This promotes the “fear of God” as we “cry out” for salvation.

This fearful perception leaves us with uncertainty and dread of the unknown.

The Course in Miracles states, “Yet only this you can escape. The home of vengeance is not yours; the place you set aside to house your hate is not a prison, but an illusion of yourself.”

Isn’t Being Spiritual Calm and Relaxing?

No wonder we are all filled with doubt and cannot really seem to uncover true spiritual consciousness freedom, and why often spiritual help is needed.

But you can change that right now and be the individual you’ve always wanted to be!

A Course in Miracles helps us to realize that in finding spirituality we will need to see the bridge over to knowledge before we can take a single step toward the truth about our own spiritual help, spiritual needs and development, which will set you free of any and all doubt.

You can begin your journey for tapping into spiritual consciousness by making a shift in your perception, from outside yourself to within yourself, by using the following exercise each day for at least twenty-one days.

See it as a meditation and spirituality, perhaps yoga spirit, if you prefer. I must add that if haven’t  already, I urge you to seek out meditation and spirituality exercises.

Many use yoga spirit exercises for weight-loss which is right here, and just all-around wellness and well-being and feelings of self-worth.

I have put this meditation together based on principles and cool lessons contained in A Course in Miracles, and I’ve found it to helpful as a daily routine for me.

I suggest it to be a great idea to continue beyond the twenty-one-day mark, as you feel the need for maintenance.

The idea is to start out slowly, and gradually attain the goal of recognizing the majority of anything you perceive as within, and from within, your mind.

Uncovering Spiritual Consciousness is Great!

Also the goal is to enable you at a moment’s notice to move any outside perceptions you may have to within your internal, or natural, realm.

I suggest another related article helping many improve their lives: Well, is manifestation real and do actually have the power to determine the outcome of your life?

Within, not outside of you, is where you get spiritual help.

With the help of the Holy Spirit, you will learn to bridge the gap from perception over to knowledge where spiritual consciousness freedom and being spiritual waits for you.

This can only be done from inside and is impossible from outside yourself.

  • HERE is your Spiritual Consciousness EXERCISE:

Start out your day by taking five minutes to yourself each morning at a time of your choosing.  Be sure it is a time you can feel comfortable and unhurried, with no anxiety.

  • Take a look at the outer world going on around you without judging it.
  • It can be anything at all, from a car going by in the background to family members getting ready for their day, or even thoughts about your day ahead.  Once again, do not judge any of it as good or bad; just survey it.
  • As you notice these happenings, quietly say to yourself: “There is another way of looking at the world.”
  • Then quickly shift your attention to your inner world, your spiritual thoughts, that which is going on inside you, in your mind.
  • Repeat the statement: “There is another way of looking at the world.”

Next, start alternating between surveying your outer and inner perceptions, but do so very calmly, without being abrupt.

Merely glance casually around the world you perceive as outside yourself, then close your eyes and survey your inner thoughts with equal casualness while realizing spiritual consciousness.

Try to be equally uninvolved in both as you conclude the spiritual consciousness session.

Try to look at this five-minute period each morning as a personal time with yourself.

As you proceed through your day, use this exercise in a more informal manner in any “down time” you may have, or whenever you find yourself feeling rushed or disturbed—for example, stuck in a traffic jam, or standing in line at the bank or post office with an obnoxious person in front of or behind you.

  • It’s important to maintain a feeling of detachment from your outer and inner worlds as you say to yourself in the slightly shorter version: “There is another way of looking at this.”

Remember to apply this spiritual needs exercise the instant you are aware of distress.

It may even be helpful to take a minute or so and sit quietly, repeating this phrase to yourself while closing your eyes and using a favorite breathing meditation technique.

This phrase can also be turned into a breathing meditation at any time.

  • Simply repeat to yourself, aloud or silently, “There is another way of looking at this” as you survey your inner and outer worlds without judging a thing as good or bad.

Please make sure you do this exercise for the next twenty-one days, and continue after that as you feel it necessary.

  • Final Notes on Awakening to the Life You Want in this World:

It’s why your life in this world will improve by finding spiritual consciousness as a linking to that Something larger than ourselves

What you will be doing is learning, more and more each day to tap into spiritual consciousness and have your perceptions come from your inner world, rather than the outside.

The more you live from within this realm, the more you will be living from truth, which is pure knowledge.
