Changing the Way we Think with a Deeper Mindful Effort for a Better Life

Changing the way we think might mean altering the way we believe in propensity to self dependence.  

What I mean is, much of the world has an inclination or human tendency to behave in what was handed down for centuries.

I am not saying that is a bad thing to believe in a particular way, but I am saying we must learn to think according to an alignment of our true free will.

Your true free will and mine, to, is a passion and purpose given to us in the Creation by our All Loving Creator!

Please, ask, don’t you agree?

Self-subversion is a mindful effort to comprehend our minds. We can make a determined effort to understand the method or alignment we think. This can be done by drawing inferences from previous experience.

We can understand why we have a fear for a particular activity or things by diving deep into the way we reacted to that worry or item. This will offer us a better insight into our inner-minds.

As soon as we understand the basic cause of the fear, we can take actions to overcome it.

Were you afraid to leave your mom and father to go to a new location?

By understanding and evaluating, the way you overcame this worry can assist you to conquer any other worry that you have.

Changing the way we think can bring forth our real destiny forces.

These forces could consist of healing the various occasions that take place around us like violence, bigotry, hardship, crime, abuse and much more.

We can analyze our response to a specific event and then analyze the cause-effect relationship. By figuring out the cause and by understanding the impact, we can make a premeditated decision to conquer any negative effect of that occasion.

Keep in mind this spiritual metaphysical principle from A Course in Miracles

  • “Without a cause there can be no effects, and yet without effects there is no cause.”

Understanding our fears and taking steps to conquer them will go a long avenue in making us self-reliant. Our reliance on external aspects and our fear or unwillingness to do a particular activity will be significantly decreased.

This will offer us the self-confidence to accomplish whatever we desire.

By changing the way we think so to align with our true free will breeds self-reliance.

Likewise increased real self-esteem is experienced. Therefore, we must essentially think that we can change the how and why of what we think about.

At the beginning, we should comprehend the fact that there are some things in us that have actually to be altered for us to become better individuals.

I like to use the word “comprehend” as above because the word itself reflects creative inward study. Basically, we must evaluate and comprehend the cause of a particular habits or actions.

After understanding the factor for a specific behavior or action, we can take determined actions to change that.

After that, you can dig deep into your mind to comprehend why war and killings impact you so much. Now that you have actually comprehended the cause, you should take steps to address it.

Keep in mind, that you must think that you can change all through the meaning of your passion and purpose (true free will). 

Yes changing the way we think can bring forth a more self-reliant individual.

I mean people who radiate with confidence and inspiration.

Self-reliant individuals can encourage themselves and others to achieve a target or to achieve a mission.
