Really believe to yourself, for a minute or so, of all that you fear. Is the ego genuine?

A Course in Miracles helps us realize that the Holy Spirit, who knows only the present, unless He needs to undo fear, will show us the ego is nothing.

Your real unconscious mind helps you to really believe to yourself, for a minute or so, of all that you fear. When we accept obligation for the ego’s presence, we will have lain aside anger, which feeds attack.

Is the ego genuine? The ego tries it’s best to control your unconscious, but all it can do is try.

This is why the ego can be totally forgotten at any time– since it is such an amazing belief.

The ego mind and its own doubts can’t understand life beyond the body, eagerly looks forward to your death, but is so afraid of its own.
