The benefits of green tea weight loss no longer acknowledged best for its health and wellness benefits, including weight management. The evidence from past is NOT what we have been thinking it is.
Have we been overlooking something better?
It is true that green tea contains some good antioxidants. These components can contribute to minimizing health risks, such as cancer and cardiovascular disease.
As a writer and researcher for a better life and personal transformation, having the ideal body weight surely goes a long way where our self-esteem and self-confidence play a vital role.
Therefore, it has been my primary goal to share practical tips and tricks for those pursuing optimal health and weight management.
Even if you’re out to lose weight in a week, or some other quick diet fix, it’s important to consider health factors.
It’s like the Course in Miracles states, “Miracles are merely the translation of denial into truth.”
Benefits of Green Tea Not All you Think
In upholding my obligation to transparency, I am about to reveal how benefits of green tea weight loss, although beneficial, is gradually losing value in the light of its delicious rival–called rooibos.
Rooibos, also known as red tea, is quite more potent and high in antioxidants, however sourced from different substances to that of green tea.
The antioxidants contained in rooibos—aspalathin and nothofagin—are comparatively rare.
These toxin killers help to regulate blood sugar, reduce excessive fat production, stress and anxiety, while inhibit metabolic disorders.
After the results of recent studies, alongside my own findings related to the major players
in sustainable benefits of green tea weight loss, I consider red tea an essential.
Having Ideal Body Weight
(I also feel this related article is appropriate here about weight-loss problems for women on a dash diet.)
In addition to preventing heart disease, diabetes, Alzheimer’s and more, it is an effective and accessible answer to having proper weight management over traditional benefits of green tea weight loss.
This year I began experiencing benefits of my own Red Tea Detox plan I laid out for myself, not just for weight management, but also for calming stress and anxiety.
A primary goal was to harness the incredible benefits of rooibos whilst combining the ingredient with a number of other, equally valuable elements.
By the way, Rooibos means “red bush.”
The plant is readily available for achieving ideal body weight, with leaves that turn red upon fermentation.
With so much potential to assist with our health and wellness journeys, I considered it over benefits of green tea weight loss.
I certainly found it was wrong to ignore the strength of the plant for Red Tea Detox.
Metabolism Burns
Unlike benefits of green tea weight, red tea does not contain caffeine, and therefore drinking the blend at night won’t leave you restless while your metabolism burns during the night.
Another factor of its ultimate superiority is simply—taste.
The bitterness of green tea is often attributed to its high tannin content, which is less prevalent in red tea.
Many health products do not aim to bridge the gap between adults and young children, while the pursuit of health is of equal importance for both demographics.
This is why in my own kitchen I’ve designed a recipe that caters to all tastes and ages, with the inclusion of a sweetened version of the Red Tea Detox recipe.
This particular Red Tea Detox program is matchless and fresh, already actively transforming lives since its launch, and I encourage you to give a good ole college try.
I am certain you will lose weight in a week and see it more satisfying than benefits of green tea weight loss.
