The weight loss world is full of companies and self-appointed experts competing for her attention, often spreading misinformation leading to low carb mistakes and making impossible diet fix promises.

Weight-loss problems do not need to be as complicated as it seems.

When they eat less and less each day, the body is ego, and gets “worried,” and prepares itself for continued scarcity of food.

In other words, it’s okay to have a slip up, some more major than others, and have to begin again, but this time with “spirit leading the way” and “ego taking a back seat.”
