If you’re reading this right now you probably have actually been dissatisfied with life, are dissatisfied with life, or know somebody who is fighting a scarcity mindset and feeling miserable and so unhappy.
The pain and suffering of remaining in this state is truly awful.
Being dissatisfied with life and down on your luck causes thoughts of anguish, feelings of failure, desperation, lack, and struggle.
Being so unhappy holds us back from setting objectives and goals for dreams lived while living the life we want.
Feeling miserable holds us back from finding success in life.
How is this possible?
What you think about and perceive you get more of the same thing. Being dissatisfied with life attracts more experiences of being so unhappy.
The Course in Miracles states, “Perception’s basic law could thus be said, “You will rejoice at what you see because you see it to rejoice.”
When think and dwell on the idea of, ‘I’m feeling unhappy with my life,’ it becomes a vicious cycle, but this ‘unhappy with life,’ thought process, can quickly be transformed once we comprehend the essential principle and power of how our mind and spirit connect with the universe.
When you think I’m feeling unhappy with my life:
It is your underlying state of BEING, in this case, being so unhappy, that creates the resultant thoughts and sensations in your mind.
As a bundle, this whole message is broadcast to the universe, we may say, which in return provides you more of the very same, which are experiences of being dissatisfied with life.
When we are in a state of BEING, and it is unhappy with life, this will inform our actions to act in methods to continue to be feeling miserable, and we will continue to have this condition of being dissatisfied with life.
Your life experience is an outer reflection of your inner truth.
All the sensations and ideas you hold, purposely and automatically, are what create the experience of what is your life.
Your inner thoughts are creating your present day events, and what you think about today is scripting your future.
The Course in Miracles teaches, “Everyone seeks for what will bring him joy as he defines it.”
It can be difficult to understand that we are accountable for what we experience.
Being Free of the Feeling Miserable Life Trap

I can remember times of being unhappy, and after that experiencing occasions that I perceived as causing me to be so unhappy.
Then I would state to myself, I am unhappy since of this … no surprise I am unhappy.
I was trapped in my own vicious cycle and had no concept it was me who was accountable for my experiences of distress.
To break the cycle I first had to understand exactly what was broken in order to fix it.
It was the message I was sending.
I found there was a very easy manner for fixing it.
If I see one day that I am unhappy, and comprehend that BEING dissatisfied is the cause of my continuing experience of distress, it is that day that I can opt to change.
All I have to do to break the cycle is: choose to NOT be unhappy with life and enjoy. It doesn’t take anything from my material world to be please me.
All I need to do is acquire inner awareness, pause, and bring up from within myself the state of enjoying, changing the misery.
All of us have this capacity to reflect what we want into our material world.
The Power of Choice is yours:
You can use the power of choice to BE wonderfully happy, healthy, rich, whatever you prefer.
If you are being happy, you will do things that make you upbeat and cheerful, and you will draw in pleased experiences into your life.
Being inspired and filled with purpose is the first action towards living a happy life.
If you find yourself dissatisfied with life, look within. You can choose your state of being, and this is how to break the vicious cycle of feeling miserable.
By understanding your states of being, you can choose to alter them.
The positive outcomes will return to you without loss or failure, following the natural principles of reflective thinking and the power of attraction.
So keep in mind that if you’re reading this right now because you are unhappy with life, you probably have been feeding that thought of being so unhappy for a good length of time.
Being so unhappy and feeling miserable can be turned around when you understand and accept that what you think about all day you will get more of.
