There are many things you can do when you hound yourself and think and wonder about, how to make my life better. A better life is always in a peaceful mind.
For how to make my life better think of words that suggest a calm inner feeling and consciousness—words like peaceful (a tranquil beach and sea), tranquility, wonderful, and stillness.
Or, if you’re like me, I will picture a beautiful golf course setting (of course shooting a good score, har, har!), and I’ll get quiet in the moment and ask my inner Guide for answers.)
When you’re contemplating how to, ‘make my life better,’ shift forward by reading poems, phrases, and excerpts from the legendary masters, that suggest that you have peace of mind.
For example, I’ll get lessons from ancient masters, like, and, often read from, Nietzsche, Carl Yung, St. Thomas Aquinas, and others who I favor and benefit from their deep messages. And, I like Matthew.
You can always sign up for groups on inner-peace, likewise join group discussions, where the talk is specifically on, how to make my life better, and have harmony and life balance with joy, love, and peace.
