Searching within Yourself through Mindfulness Techniques

It’s constantly best to keep browsing how to tap into genuine Consciousness.

At various times throughout your day, advise yourself that you are able to hear God’s Voice without disrupting your routine activities in any manner.

The various meditation techniques differ according to the degree of concentration, and how foreign thoughts are handled.

By some strategies about meditation, the goal is to focus so extremely that no foreign thoughts take place at all.

In other techniques, the concentration is more relaxed so that foreign thoughts easily pop up.

When these foreign ideas are discovered, one stops these and goes back to the pure meditation in an unwinded way.

Remember there is no right or wrong way to meditate so therefore it’s you should keep seeking how to tap into true Consciousness.

Again, at particular times throughout your day, advise yourself that you are able to hear God’s Voice.

For example a set of words I borrow from A Course in Miracles I will use in say a 7 minute mindfulness session:

  • “I will there be light to fade away the darkness of a problem I am having at this time. I will listen for the Quiet answer.”

Yes, hear his Spirit giving you the Quiet answer, and without disrupting your routine activities in any method.
