It was another night where it seems nothing goes right that left me far from the smiling optimistic thinning hair on top version of myself I’d hoped to be for calls and meetings the next morning.
I was fresh out of prison where I endured 8 long hellish years over a foolish securities violation as a financial adviser, and I was partially a broken man.
And I was soul searching for a way too end the cranky grouchy version of myself nervous about my new life ahead, while flat broke financially, too.
That’s all detailed in my books about all that terrible self-talk about making the mistakes I did, that urged an example setter Judge to slam the gavel hard on me upon losing my case in court.

When you can answer to, where is my life going, by understanding and accepting your creative power, even when it seems like nothing goes right, you’re opening the door for success in life.
Something we have to remember when we’re up against nothing goes right, or contemplating, where is my life going, is that there are principles of the universe governing manifestation for a life of prosperity.
When it seems nothing goes right, or you are questioning, where is my life going, look at the thoughts that may need some more nurturing in order to be more aligned to success in life.
The Course in Miracles states, “Knowledge can be restored only when you meet its conditions. This is not a bargain made by God, Who makes no bargains.”
Follow this strategy and you’ll understand more about the magnetic repulsion you feel which holds you back from doing what you know you should be doing, already.
And in order to win these battles against your own self, you must first see that you are the enemy.
A Course in Miracles so beautifully teaches us that, “Knowledge is God’s Will. If you are opposing His Will, how can you have knowledge?”
The week started deadly horrible.
Monday morning, I was showered, dressed nicely, and ready to go my heart wrenching way for the day, when my good old longtime friend Ronnie called from Florida.
He demanded, “Get to airport tonight, a ticket is waiting for you, and I’ll pick you up at the Orlando Airport, you and I are playing golf for a solid week.”
On Tuesday morning at sunrise, we teed it up and I encountered a few challenges, but only from the jaws of all those sand traps on the golf course.
After all, I hadn’t played in 8 years.
I sat with Ron each night after golf that week and we talked about all the trenches we dig for ourselves.
One of those great lessons we can learn from, I guess, I ‘d always wondered about but never bothered to explore.
I can always count on my good ole friend when I need someone to talk to.
Monday morning, of the following week, I was all cleaned up again, and on my respective way to the airport to head back to home, when I now realized that everything will be okay.
Yep, it’s one of those great mysteries of the universe how naturally we know how to heal.
