How Can I Quickly Lose Weight? A Mind and Body Exercise for Weight-Loss

Many successful people everywhere are discovering it, after they’ve asked, how can I quickly lose weight? If you’ve checked up on the benefits from yoga, then you are aware that yoga is practiced for both mindful and physical benefits.

Others have messaged me asking about mindfully taking A Course in Miracles seriously toward helping the body become more attractive through the power of the mind.

To one husband and wife couple looking at weight-loss plans, I suggested they consider looking into practicing yoga. Yes, yoga for weight-loss. It’s an excellent chance that you have seen and heard wonderful things about yoga.

Mind and body exercise for weight loss

Yoga is incredibly relaxing. It can fun-lovingly get you into wonderful shape while burning fat from the comfort of your own home.

Consider some of the celebrities who believe wholeheartedly in yoga.

Just as well, yoga is found to have healed many people’s health conditions.

(Here’s a review article of the Red Tea Detox weight loss system where we’ll look and see how people are benefiting.)

Some great reports found that people like Liv Tyler, Halle Berry, Madonna, David Duchovny and supermodel Christy Turlington do it, too. Many professional athletes are said to be doing it in an effort to improve their games.

The answer to how can I quickly lose weight, is weight-loss through yoga, a sophisticated mind-body exercise many believe can do everything from tighten your belly and buns to changing your outlook on life.

Can this no-stress and strain, how can I quickly lose weight, body exercise for weight loss, work-at-your-own-pace exercise, really help you lose all that weight?

(Here’s a related article which helps answer how do you lose weight fast, is it with weight-loss surgery or fat loss naturally?)

Many celebrities have discovered this

Celebrity yoga and other mindfulness experts Ana Brett and Ravi Singh, who have worked with such beauties as Madonna and Gwyneth Paltrow, also believe in yoga’s weight-loss powers.

“We have seen it in ourselves, we have seen it in our clients–yoga can give you a real workout even if you are a beginner,” says Brett, who, with Singh, suggested a best-selling DVD program for weight-loss using yoga.

It is certainly true most types of yoga practices don’t have anything near the calorie-burning power of aerobic exercise. A 150-pound person will burn 150 calories in an hour of doing regular yoga, compared to 311 calories for an hour of walking at 3 mph.

It is exercise, after all, and many practitioners believe yoga can indeed help people take off extra pounds.

How Does It Work?

When you’re asking yourself, how can I quickly lose weight, consider yoga making you feel more whole and connected to your true reality,—which is the bliss and inner peace that the continually separating and splitting fat cells in your body don’t like.

In other words, your real and true abundant blissful Self is not fat, so learn to rid that from your identification!

It’s like the metaphysical principle of A Course in Miracles states about being whole: “Can you be separated from your identification and be at peace?

In 2005, medical researcher and practicing yogi, Alan Kristal, DPH, MPH, set out to do a medical study on inner peace being an exercise for weight-loss by practicing yoga.

I see this as a definite mind and body exercise for weight loss.

With funding from the National Cancer Institute, colleagues at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle led a trial involving 15,500 healthy, middle-aged men and women.

All completed a survey recalling their physical activity (including yoga) and their weight between the ages of 45 and 55. Researchers then analyzed the data, teasing out other factors that could influence weight change–such as diet or other forms of exercise.
