Concrete Ego Thinking Tells us the Harder the Loss Better the Gain

I have seen over and over in my own life situations about facing adversity and dealing with feelings of hopelessness and despair, where adversities in life lead to physical or verbal violence, resulting in loss.

A Course in Miracles teaches that the ego in us always seems to be a matter of who loses the most, with the winner ending up with more, and proudly assessing their own losses.

When you allow the concrete ego-based mind to fade away, the miracle is manifested for the life you want.

As well, your concrete views of life will fade away into the abstract– or we may say, our divine inner Self.

(Here’s a related article about what to do when you’re thinking ‘Not sure what to do with my Life’.)
