Let’s get started right now overcoming panic attacks by throwing out any feeling of fear.
Yes, I mean in any given situation.
In doing so you must honestly bring as much of your real self as possible to the surface. Likewise, then face your fears head on.
Turn off your image maker and be yourself, for the best way for freedom from fear.
Try to instill in yourself the upcoming idea that states a fact.
A fact to you who believes in the illusion you’ve been projecting about yourself. Which I propose keeps you from overcoming panic attacks.
But the illusions you project are not facts. In this idea the fact remains forever. Here it is:
- In Truth there is Nothing I need to fear
It’s really easy to recognize this when you accept the ego for the no-thing that it is.
The ego-based mind in us all is that fearful, doubting, judgmental and often critical aspect in us.
A Course in Miracles helps us here where stating:
- “The ego can and does allow you to regard yourself as supercilious, unbelieving, light-hearted, distant, emotionally shallow, callous, uninvolved and even desperate, but not really afraid.”
But hold on a moment here.
The Course in Miracles further states:
- “Minimizing fear, but not its undoing, is the ego’s constant effort, and indeed a skill at which it is very ingenious.”
However, it is quite difficult to recognize for those who insist that their illusive, untrue, desires and dreams and ambitions must be true.
You can use these words in a regular mindfulness practice as I do. If you want a great simple meditation exercise, I suggest this 7 Minute Mindfulness routine.
I’m saying that real truth inwardly is crucial.
I’m saying when deep down a person knows they’re really not true, they know of their own dishonesty.
It makes more conflict when they try to convince themselves of something. That is when they do meet God one day, they think they’ll “straighten things out” at that time.
But this kind of dishonesty and unrealistic belief leaves room for questions.
Such as how they will get through St. Peter’s heavily guarded gate, to even see God in the first place.
Okay, with the intended fun in that thought put aside, let’s now move honestly forward with what you can do.
(Here’s another related article on a great way for dealing with fear of failure while healing panic and anxiety:)
I mean for overcoming panic attacks and any feeling of fear.
From time to time throughout your day, take a few moments to simply repeat a few words to yourself that form an idea.
Clearly repeat this idea as often as you comfortably can, as soon it comes to your mind. And it will, because you’re asking for change.
Transformation if you will.
Here it is:
- There is Nothing to fear thereby I experience freedom from fear
That’s all, simple and short. Next, you need to ask yourself something else and take it under advisement:
- What is the worst that can happen to me?
It is particularly important that you use this idea immediately should anything start disturbing your peace of mind.
You must understand that the presence of fear is a sign that the sureness of the ego is counting on its own “sure,” but doubtful, strength.
But if you can open your awareness to the fact there is nothing to fear, it reveals a place in your mind.
What I mean is, although not necessarily a place you yet recognize, where you do remember God.
You will notice naturally and automatically His strength taking the place over your weaknesses.
By touching base with this inner awareness is where you can always be sure of overcoming panic attacks, before they start.
This will be noticed in your willingness to “let go” of what bothers or troubles you.
In the very instant you are willing to do this you will feel it to be the Certainty of God.
It will be a glow over you that helps overcoming panic attacks and you get rid of fears people have.
Likewise, in the form of a fact of mind that there’s nothing for you to fear. You’ll feel knowledgeable about this.
You will become “certain,” and experience freedom from fear.
(In a suggested related article here, from the start I want to bring to your mind that to stop panic attack, fear and anxiety can be comfortably healed.)
