Overcoming anxiety confusion is vital for success in life and for much enjoyment in your daily living. Much of the time we don’t understand where these feelings of confusion stem from. But I’ve seen, for the most part, being confused about why we get so anxiety filled.

Through the principles and lessons of A Course in Miracles, I’ve helped some wonderful individuals learn to begin letting go of anxiety, confusion, and depression issues, by more clearly understanding the gifts of the Holy Spirit resting and waiting in the right-mind.

All anxiety confusion you incur comes from not extending life, and will continue until you step across the bridge to operating by your true free will. This is your purpose in life. 

Author Edmund Bourne PhD put together a great healing manual I strongly suggest, called The Anxiety & Phobia Workbook.  He specializes in easing health and related anxiety.

I say that no one can have a clear perspective of reality, begin doing anything real, including being joyful, when they operate as if separate from their Source. If you can begin accepting the whole mind as your creative power, creativity will become your reality

A Course in Miracles states, “Across the bridge is your completion, for you will be wholly in God, willing for nothing special, but only to be wholly like Him, completing Him by your completion.”

Can the light switch on the wall in your kitchen operate successfully if disconnected from the wiring? 

A dark cooking area could result in your adding the wrong ingredient to the meal you’re preparing. 

Then with some anxiety confusion you’d have to eat in the dark, improperly nourished, on bad food.  A not-so-good experience.

Letting go of anxiety

In book 2 of my series, Mastering Your Own Spiritual Freedom, we go into if you can only, and simply, live by the gifts of the Holy Spirit, you will know who you are which allows for healing of all the anxiety confusion we deal with. 

Then, teaching His Way will keep you from forgetting who you are.  I say “teaching” because everything we do is a lesson in some manner. 

Be sure to understand this in all whom you encounter daily.  Then consider yourself among them in mind, not of body. You will realize yourself being more trusting and through the likability laws the right relationships will seem to find you.

This helps you to become more aware of His gift of wholeness, which opens you to intuition, and not separation or conflict, where your creativity cannot exist.

In your creations are how you may experience everyday miracles, but anxiety confusion and the like, has never been created.

You dreamed it up in the separated ego-based mind!

A Course in Miracles further states, “Heaven waits silently, and your creations are holding out their hands to help you cross and welcome them.”

What if each one of us on this planet of seven billion individuals were to live by intuition and far less anxiety confusion?  This would be great! 

But would each of us always be intuitively correct all the time?  Of course not. 

This is also great.  Why?  It’s because staying open and aligned to His gifts will keep us on a path of right-mindedness—sensing our true Reality—Heaven, our Home, where anxiety confusion doesn’t exist because it was never part of the Creation.

Healing

Remember, as humans we sometimes miss the mark by following illusion, because as long as we’re dreaming of separation in exile on this planet, we will always be operating somewhat from the ego-based mind.

Also remember, the mind is constantly healing, and we can do so in a more right-minded fashion. This is where we sense the Guidance of the Holy Spirit, more so than falling for the errors in thought, which merely pile on more guilt only to satisfy the ego.

This is where our thoughts and perceptions will begin stepping through the threshold to knowledge, and more importantly, the wholeness of Truth would be the foundation. 

Believing in “this” or “that” would be gone from our minds, and we would be perceiving a pathway for Truth.  The arrival of full Atonement—awakening from the dream of separation, would occur much, much sooner.

By using intuition we may experience world peace. 

All of our actions from the Truth will be the way we lead our lives, and the Holy Spirit will be happy to guide each individual to the right place at the right time, just as He does now. 

But in this sense we would be much more responsive, with far less pain in the undoing of errors—correction made easier, with far less serious, lengthy healing needed.

Give your brothers/sisters the appreciation God accords them always, because they are the Son of God, whole with you, and one with Him. 

You cannot be apart from them because you’re not separate from God. 

Therefore the intuition of the whole Child, is also That of God.  Since God does not need intuition, it is His Word that identifies your direction in life.  His Word has no letters of the alphabet with space between them. 

His Word is your knowledge.

So relax to your intuitive thoughts about the Divine, and love It as who you are.  As a human you may not always be correct, but you will be right-minded in your intent.  This is God’s Gift to you as yourself. 

You will never know your own perfection until you give your intuition a chance.  Consider it a step through the threshold of Heaven.
