Listening to the right inner voice certainly may be your path to heal yourself and on to succeed in life. Much of our time is spent looking at the past as if it were real. Our real, or right-mind, we may say, views the past as a dream.
The illusory habits of mind you still carry with you hear voices in the shadow, but they do not change the laws of time and eternity.
Please bear with me, as I explain more deeply.
While these errors were branching and stemming, they also held within them their Correction. In that tiny tick of time before we drifted off to dreamland, which is now gone, God gave us a Protector.
His efforts will not have an effect on eternity, because nothing can.
The dream seems very real to this day here on Earth, and this is why I’ve included below an episode of For A Better Life Podcast, where I expand on this deeply.
A Course in Miracles helps us more clearly understand how to heal yourself, or awaken, by listening to your inner voice, and states, “The Holy Spirit is invisible, but you can see the results of His Presence, and through them you will learn that He is there.”
There was a tiny tick of time when each of us slipped and made the first error into the dream of separate surroundings.
Everything now is exactly as it was before you decided on a path to nothingness.
Once you have crossed over the bridge and entered the real world where you heal yourself, there is a second part of the dream or hallucination to confront.
Within that single error stemmed more errors within the dream, and others branched.
Now that this light has flooded your eyes, this is where you exist. It is drawing you over to the present, where you need to stay. The “now” is the only way to heal yourself and awaken.
What holds us back in life, or let’s say, keeps us sleeping, is the belief that time and death are real, and have an existence you think you perceive.
In other words, as A Course in Miracles states, “the Holy Spirit accompanies you while you dream of separation.”
We can not fully awaken until the world as-one awakens. The ego, our former teacher, wants us to shift back and forth between the past and the present, and this makes it impossible to heal yourself.
You will know that you have crossed the bridge when you can see that time and death only affect the dream of separation–the fantasy of your body being who you truly are.
The Holy Spirit does not need to raise conflict, but He does need to replace what needs replacing.
His replacement efforts will only take an instant in time, which is the same amount of time you have been dreaming.
You are still the unchanged and same–only now you have a new teacher Who is guiding you to spiritual awakening, to heal yourself, rather than deeper into the dream.
This is our Answer, and how to listen to your inner voice.
How to listen to your inner voice is clear, because you have this help for all time to come and for every circumstance.
Quietly Listen to Your Inner Voice
Your abstract thoughts receive the Holy Spirit’s whispering into your dreaming mind. He helps you to see yourself standing on the bridge between the past and the present.
They are only echoes of what is past and gone. They could never be your true existence of the here and now.
Simply ask that He do the job. As you learn how to listen to your inner voice you begin to heal yourself, so let Him take over as your Teacher, all time that has passed is now gone.
Even where we are finding relationship struggles or needing marital healing, your inner Guide is there for you.
(Here’s a related article on how to begin fixing a broken relationship with love advice for inner healing.)
How to listen to your inner voice is first knowing your true Teacher or Guide while in this world.
Our Creator gave us His Teacher, the Holy Spirit to replace the one we made that keeps us in the dream of separation.
How many times have you thought of things past and said, “It all seems like it was a dream”?
(BTW, when you’re finished here I suggest this related review article on the 15 Minute Manifestation – Deep Sleep Now system for a better life.)
Your path to nothingness has been a weary and long journey, and for now you can’t even remember what it was like before you started.
In a dream, you don’t know what it is like to be awake.
Going within is where you will begin to make your dreams come forth to reality, and is why I urge you to seek out self-healing meditation exercises.
This terrible illusion was denied for you in the time it took God to give His Answer: the Protector, Whose job it is to help you see the illusion for what it is.
Your journey continues to heal yourself and to answer, and now your new Teacher is showing you Its effects.
At this position on the bridge a shadow of the past reaches you, but a light of the present shines in your face.
The Inner Critic Revealed So You May Heal Your Life
Everybody has inner dialogue that can be helpful or can on the other hand be the inner critic you do not want to listen to.
- Some have an extra hostile inner critic compared to others.
- And it all begins with our internal idea of life, our internal discussion.
Really, the internal voice heard as a critic began writing the script of our life, as an extremely vital facet of our life to this point and time.
That internal critic comes to be the inner prison you are bound to, and you become complacent on your own going with the movements of life, never grabbing the opportunities that come your way.
But you can learn how to truly start countering and combating the inner critic and start on your path to personal freedom.
- View your ideas; they come to be words.
- View your words; they come to be activities.
- Enjoy your activities; they come to be practices.
- Enjoy your behaviors; they end up being personality.
- View your personality; it becomes your fate.
You could ask just what is “the internal critic”, yet you are extremely acquainted with it currently.
Consider the internal ego-based doubter. Every person has an internal doubter, some have a much more hostile doubter compared to others.
Remember that other people’s projections and assumptions of you does not make you who you are.
As well, it begins with our internal idea of who we are and of life in this world, and that writes the scripts of our inner dialogue.
The late Wayne W. Dyer once spoke of, “Remember, inner bliss and well-being does not rely on that you are what you have (material and financial assets), it depends only exactly what you believe.”
Exactly how does the inner critic come to be, you might ask?
Really, the inner fearful self-doubter, and far too often extremely judgmental, began as a vital element of our life to the point where we are today.
Prior to understanding that you have an internal critic, you were led to believe that it is there to keep you safe and has a mission to secure you, and keep you from discomfort of every possible kind.
Why isn’t really the internal doubter considered your precious and closest friend?
That fearful and doubting aspect in us all called ego is not real, and it comes to be the prison house we’ve made for ourselves, if we choose to be continually locked up.
The internal critic often quickly ruins self-esteem, developed after some painful and reckless word claimed at some factor in our past as well as the scoreboard, maintains a tally of the triviality that sustains such a declaration!
An additional instance of your ego-based mind transformed, or, I shall say, to heal your mind, is the Holy Spirit placed in you like a trusting interpreter, or a parent, if you will.
Some have compared this Real and Divine Teacher, a part of you, as an anti-virus software placed in your mind while in this world, to undo such wrong-minded projections of yourself.
The Course in Miracles teaches, “Children perceive frightening ghosts and monsters and dragons, and they are terrified. Yet if they ask someone they trust for the meaning of what they perceive, and are willing to let their own interpretations go in favor of reality, their fear goes with them.”
Yes, the Holy Spirit, your inner divine Guide while in this world will help you to clearly examine your choices, for example, that the ghosts and dragons are not real after all.
Not to mention when you need a decision to make at the branch in the road, or when you feel you may not be perfect enough for a move you’re wanting to make in your career.
It could mean a woman doubting herself, her own beauty, or a man who feels he just can’t get up the right amount of will power to succeed, whatever it might be, be sure you are listening to right-minded inner voice.
If your internal doubter—the ego, continues to haunt you and criticize that you are not entitled to such-and-such, you are most likely to act in a means to make precautions so that you do not actually achieve those goals.
The Course in Miracles asks us, “”Would you not exchange your fears for truth, if the exchange is yours for the asking?”
Basically, you will certainly project or script into your life exactly what your internal ideas maintain claiming!
That is to mean, to get the life you want, to heal yourself, and awaken to accomplishing your goals and dreams, you have a choice as to which inner guide or teacher or script writer you choose to listen to.
Conclusion:
To heal yourself, to heal your mind when you need to learn how to let it go while overcoming adversity and moving on in life is in your real power to do so.
When each of us slipped and made the first error into the dream of separate identities and surroundings we began listening to an inner critic that was humanly made–a fabrication based on projections, called ego.
Listening to the right inner voice certainly may be your path to heal yourself and heal your life while on to a life of success.
After all, it’s of the habits of highly effective individuals and is how successful people grow.
Our right-mind–being a sensation of our true Reality, we may say, views the past as a dream of sort.
Our inner guide and with self-healing meditation can help us more clearly understand internal dialogue definition.
The illusory habits of mind you still carry with you hear voices in the shadow, but they do not change the laws of time and eternity.
As humans in this world, we all have inner dialogue that can be helpful or can on the other hand be the inner critic you do not want to listen to.
Some have a haunting inner critic compared to others.
Really, the part of us that wants to heal and awaken is blocked by the inner critical dialogue that projects how your life should be, as a volatile aspect of our life to this point and time.
That internal critic comes to be the prison cell locking you down from the life of your dreams, and never embracing utmost opportunities that wait for you.
But you can listen deeply to the right-minded sensation calling from your real Home that knows of no such prison cell, and begin undoing the war against yourself.
