If you are the type to invest in penny stocks without carrying the heavy baggage of worry, stress, and nervous sweats along with you then you may find yourself in the position to change your wealth status.

The risks of this sort of investment are great as well and should not be overlooked or underestimated.

The question of whether or not penny stock trading is for you is going to depend almost entirely on your personal sense of adventure and your willingness to take risks with your money.

• These are the people who do wonderfully, loose or win when investing in penny stocks.
• These are people that are quite likely to find themselves panicking their way through a penny stock investment for many reasons.

You can’t really research the companies (a travesty to people who prefer careful planning) and you can’t gain easy and quick access to your funds once invested.

I can definitely relate to those who are in no condition, really, to invest in penny stocks, because they are not committed to their dreams and getting the life they want.

Penny stocks are definitely risks that are better suited for the investor that likes to go skinny-dipping, bungee, and skydiving jumping.

Of course even a few more conservative investors will find some attraction in the low risk promise of hefty payouts that the right penny stock can offer.

You should also be aware that many companies use penny stocks in order to run scams on unsuspecting investors.

It is nearly impossible to get all the particulars about penny stock companies when investing in penny stocks, because unlike those companies that trade with the big boys (NYSE, NASDAQ, etc.), these companies are not required to open their books to potential investors.

And do not face nearly the same amount of scrutiny that larger corporations face when opening their doors to investors.

Penny stocks are a great way for when you’re thinking, help me reach my goal, or the small companies to finance growth spurts, smooth over rough spots and manage to become even better.

This also gives companies a chance to restructure and by allowing their stocks to be traded as penny stocks they are generating revenue that can be reinvested into the company to great effect.

As I’d already said, but in a different way, many who dream of accomplishing goals and living dreams, are the ones  to find that perfect penny stock.

I mean the penny stock to watch and trade that has absolute potential and will quite soon  become the next uprising to answering to one’s goals.

Again, remember, penny stocks are a great way for small companies to finance growth spurts, and as well individuals who say, help me reach my goals.

And for those who need to smooth over rough spots and manage to become even better, a nice penny stocks picks list can be all the difference.

There are forums on these websites where stock brokers chat with each other. Companies that have five million to one hundred million shares are considered fit for investment.

Investing in penny stocks is considered very risky as they are traded without any regulatory or listing requirements, which provide security to shareholders.

There are no accounting standards, and the shareholder gets no information about the change of ownership of shares etc.

• This makes it a potential source of fraud. 
• The product of the company also needs to be scrutinized.

It is therefore important to find out if the company would face obstacles in selling its products for various reasons.

Or whether patent issues would allow some other company to introduce a similar product in the market, all of which would affect the value of the stocks.

Another important consideration would be whether the product is going to find appeal with the target consumers.

• With proper research, investment in penny stocks can be a tremendous earning potential.
• Not all companies listed with pink sheet stocks should be considered fraudulent.

Unlike blue chip stocks, penny stocks have greater volatility; hence, they have the potential of sometimes reaping rich dividends in a relatively short span of time.

They are not traded at the major stock exchanges like NASDAQ or NYSE, but are listed in the pink sheets or the OTCBB (Over The Counter Bulletin Board), because these stocks are of companies that are unable to meet their listing requirements.

They are also referred to by other names such as pink sheet stocks, nano stocks, small caps, micro caps or juniors.

While investing in penny stocks may be more perilous than putting your money in bonds or the shares of established companies, the chances of striking it rich is also a strong possibility, which makes it a risk well worth taking.

As I already said, they are not traded at the major stock exchanges because these stocks are of companies that are unable to meet their listing requirements.

So by understanding that all penny stocks are also referred to by other names such as pink sheet stocks, ultra-low-priced stocks, small caps, micro caps or juniors.

So as we conclude here, remember that unlike the big blue chip stocks, penny stocks have greater volatility; hence, they have the potential of sometimes going beyond one’s expectations overnight, or within hours, reaping rich dividends.
