By learning the process for spiritual reflections you may open your mind to get the life you want to live. Spiritual nurturing is the reason we practice mindfulness meditation or prayer.
Food nurtures your body and spiritual reflection will nurture your spirit and whole mind.
Through spiritual reflections, we have the ability to be open to the miracle and not magic, and find a sense of purpose in life.
Certainly by finding a spiritual mentor can help provide us with an exciting path to spiritual awakening.
For me, I was always truly fond of Wayne W. Dyer, among others like Abraham Maslow, and even the ancient writings of Nietzsche, and still among us today the inspiring Deepak Chopra.
A spiritual mentor has to be somebody that you look up to in terms of spiritual growth.
Discovering spiritual reflections through a reflective state of mind enables you to spend time creating the world you want while here on earth.
Begin Nurturing your Spirit
A spiritual mentor for nurturing your spirit with someone who shares the same goal as you do, may lead you to achieving your objectives and goals.
You can work as a group through webinars and master mind meetings to be responsible for each other in order to achieve the life you want and spiritual growth.
You can share mindfulness discoveries promoting your private developments and findings for achieving your objectives and goals.
A spiritual mentor would have a more advance spiritual growth than you do, where perhaps, we may say, simply a step or two in front of you in the procession line through life in this world spiritually.
One’s concept of spiritual reflections and nurturing your spirit for a sense of purpose in life will form your advancement in order for you to develop spiritually.
Often, at first meeting, you can notice the wisdom, and this is considered an advantage for such disciplines.
Due to the fact of their appeal, you may discover a lot of the power of reflection principles that fulfill your ideas leading to newer breakthroughs in your life.
Your Sense of Purpose in Life
If you feel good about being aligned with the intellect of the universe simply seek out an author, lecturer, mentor, or life coach that thinks along the same lines as you do.
Some individuals go through various spiritual paths in hopes of finding themselves and finding their sense of purpose.
This journey is frequently necessary in order for you to accomplish spiritual growth and spiritual awakening through spiritual reflections.
There are many good universal teachings and principles of many paths that can help you achieve spiritual growth.
Despite the difference in practices, some concepts will share the same or similar teachings.
Experience and going through numerous adversities and overcoming them by a shift in mind can likewise be a quality of a great spiritual mentor.
The Course in Miracles teaches, “When a mind has only light, it knows only light. Its own radiance shines all around it, and extends out into the darkness of other minds, transforming them into majesty.”
Having a Sense of Humor Helps
(Here’s more about a way to find meaning in life and the strategy for a life of purpose.)
Spiritual mentors seem to usually have a great sense of humor that helps us find meaning in life.
Wayne Dyer, for example was brilliant and congenial and many loved his personality, and he was a “man’s man,” I heard author Marianne Williamson say.
But if you observe some of his famous expressions you’d see his fun loving side.
This makes it much easier for those who follow his writings and speaking to relate his messages to their regular life. This likewise sticks.
Followers have the ability to keep in mind a lot easier if the teachings are taught in terms that they can understand.
That’s how I like to write, and why you may notice I sometimes don’t stick to many of the so-called English grammar rules.
I’ve often said that, “My high school English class teacher might shake in her boots if she were to read some of my articles and books.”
But despite the humor, an inspirational writer, mentor, and speaker constantly pursues speaking the reality of life and dreams lived.
Patience is truly a virtue.
Finding Meaning and Purpose in Life
Above all else a mentor must be patient and work together with you where you both are finding meaning and purpose in life.
You must begin understanding that having no purpose in life, is not the way to live in this world, despite the fact that it might take time for you to discover what you need to find.
It also assists to develop a relationship.
When practicing spiritual reflections and aligning yourself to the power of the universe it is necessary for you to be nurturing your spirit, and allowing the ego in you to begin fading away.
This is essential to minimize the ego, which as humans we all have, and likewise achieve growth.
The Course in Miracles states, “The distractions of the ego may seem to interfere with your learning, but the ego has no power to distract you unless you give it the power to do so.”
Remember, through nurturing your spirit, you are able to discover a sense of purpose in life, your ‘heroic mission,’ we may say, and being on a path of living the life you want to live.
You can discover a lot about yourself by practicing the power of reflection and achieving one goal after another while living your dreams.
(Here’s a related article on why good things to say about yourself certainly helps finding inner peace.)
To nurturing your spirit,
