There came a time for me while I was imprisoned that to stay happy had nothing to do with my surroundings.
In my first book of the series, The Master of Everything I discuss in quite detail it wasn’t something or somebody that made me happy.
I, also, began to understand I could manage how I believed, good/positive or wrong-minded. Right-minded thoughts make us feel good.
This mindset of simply choosing to be happy I found is how to solve a confused life. Yes, and how to be at peace with yourself,
I remember the old traditional song, “You Are My Sunshine” that my wife years ago would sing to our first born child.
(Who by the way now is age 41, a school teacher, and shocking the world with her grand accomplishments, and wonderful children of her own)
My wife would lead and I’d follow as we sang to our precious little girl, “My Only Sunshine You Make Me da, da, da,da, when skies are gray,” and so on, the song went.)
Do you remember that lovely tune?
Keeping our thoughts favorable about to how stay happy can be difficult to say the least.
You have a lot of negative input handling everyday life. When the skies in our mind turn gray it gets more difficult.
The number of times have you heard somebody comment it is so dismaying on a cloudy/stormy day?
Here comes that old negative thought procedure – So, what do you do when you have those gray, cloudy days?
First you have to recognize and persuade yourself that you have control! That does indicate of your ideas.

In the old days on a rainy day, I’d be cranky and whine … you know, “It’s raining, I can’t do this or that!”
I decided to change how I consider things therefore can you, too. How you believe is YOUR choice!
Changing your idea procedure isn’t easy, however it can be changed if you wish to alter it.
I, also, may add it takes a little bit of work up until you make the modification, but then you’ve got it!

- Learn to be quiet in the midst of turmoil, for quietness is the end of strife, and this is the journey to peace.
Low self esteem, feelings of despondency, unhappiness, regret, vulnerability, frustration, low interest, unpredictability, and all such unfavorable feelings are not delighted feelings.
Feeling great, joyful outlook, favorable thoughts, winning attitudes, pleased living, satisfaction; and all such emotions that make us feel great are pleased sensations
Is to stay happy the same for everybody?
If I give a specific amount to couple of individuals, some might end up being really delighted and some might blow up and some will not care in either case.
So happiness is not something that we feel in equal procedure. I may be very happy when I view the star lit night. But you may enjoy just the intense sunshine.

Some of us are pleased when we get a large quantity of cash, some when they can do lot of creative work; some when they can make others feel great and so on.

Envision life as a big rating or statistics board like those which in the professional sports, like golf, football, baseball, and others.
Each time you take a step forward, you make scoring points.
Wouldn’t it be nice to take a look at that board at the end of each game and think to yourself “Whew! I got a point today. I’m pleased I gave it a shot.”
I mean, instead of looking at everything blank and murmur or cloudy.
Genuine happiness isn’t about driving the most popular Formula 1 automobile, nor getting the worker of the year award, earning the greatest 13th month pay, or beating the sales quota.
Often, the most searched for prizes in life doesn’t constantly go to the fastest, the strongest, the bravest or not even the very best.
So, how do you become genuinely blissful?
Everyone has his own meaning of ‘happiness’.
Happiness for a writer may indicate launching as much finest selling books as possible. Joy for a basketball rookie might imply getting the rookie of the year award.
Happiness for a homeless person might suggest finding a home and earning income.
True contentment for a company CEO might suggest success for the business and all those employees.
