Coping with Uncertainty or Confused about Life can mean to Do NOTHING for a While

I found that coping with uncertainty for me when I’m trying to dissect a situation I receive answers by doing nothing.

I’m saying the more I see that life changes are most likely necessary for me I feel more comfortable by trusting.

Feeling lost and confused in life brings on depression, anxiety, and all sorts of stress, just because of the confusion.

Whether you realize it or not, even when you’re coping with uncertainty you do have a flow of spirit about yourself.

It’s your real and true spirit waiting for you to listen.

In this article I use a term for your inner Divine Self, a spirit Guide if you, will which in my book series I call the Holy Spirit.

It’s the good nature about you.

Accepting this doesn’t stop you from being assertive and concise in your approach to life.

It certainly is not a hindrance to getting what you truly want in life, and is actually quite the reverse.

However, it does require that you stand in the awe of that confidence. Likewise to accept the sense of the abundance about you.

I mean, in your actions and how you extend yourself to the world. This is what the real meaning is for taking responsibility for your life.

While coping with uncertainty do nothing for a while but do begin developing trust as a discipline.

I mean in your alignment to spirit, you begin to control your levels of fear.

As you do, it takes you out of the normal mind set of mankind, which is quite fearful, most often. It’s how we lose self-confidence in life.

(Here’s another related article on: it’s all right to be a little confused about life and turn your life around, but, in fact, means you’ve started the process.)

We can call this “not being caught up” in the dream of others.

You’ll become more courageous in expressing your own sincerity.

If you step into your spirit, it will envelop you by creating a spiritual cocoon so to speak. Yes, that gradually expresses itself as grandeur.

A Course in Miracles states:

  • “Grandeur is of God, and only of Him. Therefore it is in you. Whenever you become aware of it, however dimly, you abandon the ego automatically, because in the presence of the grandeur of God the meaninglessness of the ego becomes perfectly apparent.”

You’re seen as attractive in more ways than just physical. Others may say in so many words, that they want what you have.

As you live within this grandeur serenity becomes you, and this is the Holy Spirit. Things begin falling your way as doors open up.

But if you are forcing the issue on coping with uncertainty, struggling here and there for answers, then stop.

Do nothing, because you’re only aligning more to the the ego-based mind’s foundation of fear and doubt.

As your grandeur continues to subdue the grandiosity of the ego, you’ll see the ego fade.

It feels threatened by its loss of power.

But you’ll have to first lose yourself in order to rediscover yourself again.

Once your spirit flows on to initiate your life’s purpose, you will see how this discipline is healing you.

Eventually the ego relaxes when it sees that the new grandeur about you cannot be topped.

The by-product of your true spirit is right-minded perception. With it, you no longer have to guess what direction to take, as the ego must do.

The certainty about you extends thought from your right-mind. Through your own real sensitivity and feelings you have advance information, so you know what to do next.

Whenever you find yourself in a predicament where you are not sure of what to do next, which will happen at times, be certain not to worry.

It means the circumstances you are considering are not being seen by a rational ration of right-mindedness.

This is okay, it’s a sign for you to back off a bit.

You’ve made a simple error in irrational perceived notions overwhelming you. Yes, and thus and leading to wrong-minded thinking.

It’s just a tilt in the wrong direction where feeling lost and confused in life shows its face.

This is no different than what you’d been doing before, but didn’t have the knowledge you were off track.

From here, when coping with uncertainty simply let it go and allow the Holy Spirit to use time to undo the error.

In other words, do nothing.

Conclusion:

You’ve most likely heard the expression “I’ll find a way to beat this thing.”

It is a phrase we repeat to put power over ourselves through guilt.

Our minds are constantly comprising fearful stuff we analyze to death. Like what’s good/bad, right/wrong, important/irrelevant, and so on.

The Course in Miracles states: “Would you not exchange your fears for truth, if the exchange is yours for the asking.”

Again, to begin coping with uncertainty, think that when it comes to being fearful of the life you imagine.

It’s our ego-based mind of fear and doubt that can be our worst opponents.

The amusing thing is that we inform ourselves what we ‘must’ do a lot more.

Think of a concern that tends to fret you over and over when you’re contemplating feeling lost in life from the life you truly want.

This is why I suggest you scroll back up the page and give a good view of the manifestation video.

To get the life you want consider capturing yourself before you ‘try to beat’ what seems wrong.

When you’re feeling lost in life you’ll see that the ‘trying to beat’ that lost feeling is just another belief. But one that you can choose to transform.

Why is this feeling lost concern imprisoning you and crucifying you? It’s doing so by creating a lot of tension when a lot of other individuals aren’t even aware of it?
