How to Get a Life of Your Dreams by Realizing Signs of Awakening

There seems to be one thing difficult to do for how to get a life of true happiness, which is to forget about the body entirely.

Your sense of the physical has, perhaps, faded at times during peak performance from projected thought, that is, but never completely disappearing into oblivion.

Or, might I say, it is the image of the body that only holds us back in life from creating a great life.

Keep in Mind that the Course in Miracles teaches:

  • Seek not to change the world,  but choose to change your mind about the world. What you see reflects your thinking. And your thinking but reflects your choice of what you want to see.

Could it be because our thoughts at these times are not concerned about the body?

Regardless of how you interpret this, you are not asked to let this happen for more than an instant, or so.

A holy instant, we can say, as the Course in Miracles terms.

Let’s consider a different awareness for how to get a life of your dreams.

Consider peak or climaxed moments during a real, loving, sexual interaction. Where is the image of the body in these instants?

I merely use this as an example of how at times, the body is not thought about and seems nonexistent. And here’s a related article on real sexual intimate feelings.

But it is in these brief instants where the interlocking chain of awakening is extended. The body is then never quite the same.

Why?

It’s because you take in a different awareness and purpose for your body.

It is in these “holy instants” where you spend, without awareness of the physical, a tic-toc free amount of clock time on a different vision.

(I like this other related article as well for: reaching higher awareness that encourages your acknowledgment of spiritual connection.)

Remember, that at no single instant does the body exist at all. It’s always remembered or anticipated, but never experienced in the now.

Only past and future make it seem real. Time controls it entirely, just as fear and doubt are never wholly is in the present moment of ‘no-time.’

It’s where fear and doubt are surrendered when you start realizing signs of awakening.

In any single instant the attraction of guilt can be experienced as pain and nothing else, and would be avoided.

The body has no attraction in the now. Its entire attraction is imaginary, therefore must be thoughts of in the past or future.

Its own self-imposed doubt and fear keeps us from experiencing these instants more often and for lengthier periods.

That is, unless, just for an instant you can pledge a willingness to see no past or future.

But on the other hand, you cannot prepare to keep yourself willing for how to get a life of your dreams without placing your thoughts to the future.

But see it as your unconscious desire that gets you there. Many individuals have spent a lifetime in preparation and indeed achieved their instants of success.

But it doesn’t have to take a tremendous amount of clock time for how to get a life of true happiness.

Dr. John Gray, who I admire, the author of, Men are from Mars Women are from Venus, years prior, was a Hindu Monk.

But please understand that I’m not trying to say John Gray’s time as a Monk and leaving was of error and illusion.

As I’d discussed in different ways throughout my book series, the idea of having a holy instant within an instant, realizing the miracle is in your power.

I’m saying the miracle anytime you want, does not try to teach you more than others like Dr. Gray.

Again, I mean that people of all walks of life learn in their unique individual efforts that does take some amount of time.

As I’d said, the point is that you can miraculously access reality in an instant, if you’d like.

However, you may have great goals and are trying to follow an extremely long path to get there, and you may have accepted this.

But by fighting against signs of awakening with fear and doubt it is difficult to reach complete wholeness.

We do this by trying to make holy what is hated and despised, rather than just letting go of that image.

Nor is a lifetime of deep thought and hours on end with prayer. Or, excessively long periods of meditation necessary, in order to know you beyond the body.

Of course, prayer and meditation are excellent practices and means for soothing and relaxing the body. Likewise, to help you get to an enlightened state.

But, the lengthy periods is not where the answer you seek rests.

Don’t get me wrong, I do not discredit any individual’s attempts. Surely they will indeed eventually succeed because their intent is real.

For anyone who knows me also is aware that I enjoy to meditate, and often. An by the way see this free report about the few minute mindfulness meditation I use daily

But my point is the means can be unnecessarily tedious. As well,  very time consuming as it looks to some point in time.

I’m saying, how to get a life by fearing too much about the future, from a state of present unworthiness and inadequacy.
