Managing Stress and Anxiety to Live the Life YOU Want

For managing stress and anxiety here is another kind of relaxation in reflective state of mind–a mindfulness training, a progressive relaxation approach.

I have re-purposed a past blog post about I’d written some time ago on how to get rid of fear and anxiety and say ‘I want THIS for life’! 

I have included it here with a video I posted at YouTube, to help you learn more about the success you may achieve in your life just by managing stress and anxiety.

I want to show you more about combining meditation breathing exercises with the slow-moving and shifting of body muscles.



Get in touch with each body muscle group from the toes to your chest, feel them as you breathe while bending each one and launching the tension as you exhale.

Reflecting what you want in life through reflective breathing mindfulness meditation will unite the body and mind.

This is so essential to your overall health and well-being, self-worth and your success in life. 

Occupy your mind with a pleasing image or memory or goal; close your eyes and focus on that thought.

Become covered in it and feel the joy of that moment.

Be assured that you will not be interrupted, so try to do this mindfulness training for a few minutes in the bathroom in the morning in front of the mirror, perhaps, if the rest of the household is rushing around for their own day. 

You can practice this anytime in the comfort of your home or office.

Isn’t answering to your true calling, I mean the life you want to live, so much more important to you that you absolutely do not want stress and anxiety ruling your life?

Does not a progressive relaxation approach to life make sense and seem very inviting as a way to live your life while here in this world?
